These terms govern your engagement with ApplyLegal. By instructing us to act on your behalf (filing, registration, advisory), you agree to the following.
Scope of services
We provide chartered accountancy, company secretarial, and IP advisory services as agreed in writing for each engagement. We do not offer legal advice on matters outside this scope, including litigation, criminal law, or matrimonial disputes.
Fees and payments
Our fees are quoted before engagement and remain fixed unless the scope changes materially. Government fees (DSC, MCA, IPO, etc.) are charged at cost.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement. We carry professional indemnity insurance.
