Our services are rendered in accordance with the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, the regulations and code of conduct of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and other applicable professional and legal standards.

3. Your responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services accurately and on time, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents;
• Promptly respond to our requests for clarification or additional records;
• Ensure you have the authority to share any information or documents you provide;
• Review filings, applications, and drafts we share before submission where we ask you to;
• Make any government fees, statutory dues, or third-party charges payable in connection with your work.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you.

4. Fees and payment

Fees for each engagement are communicated to you before work begins and are set out in the engagement letter or written quote. Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on the complexity of your matter. Government fees, statutory charges, and applicable taxes are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment terms are as agreed for the specific engagement.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

While we apply professional skill and care, many outcomes depend on government authorities and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee:

• The grant, approval, or registration of any application by a government authority;
• Specific processing timelines set by government portals or departments;
• The amount or timing of any tax refund;
• The outcome of any assessment, scrutiny, objection, or proceeding.

Our responsibility is to perform the engaged services competently and in good faith, not to guarantee a particular result determined by a third party or authority.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you to us for that specific engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

8. Intellectual property

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
