Answers

Private Limited, answered.

How many directors and shareholders do I need?+
A Private Limited Company needs a minimum of two directors and two shareholders (they can be the same people), and at least one director must be resident in India. There’s no minimum paid-up capital requirement.
How long does it take?+
Most incorporations complete in about 10–15 working days once we have your documents and name preference, subject to MCA processing and name availability.
What do the fees cover?+
Our professional fee starts at ₹1,999. Government and stamp-duty charges vary by state and authorised capital and are shown separately, so you see the full cost before we start.
Do you help after incorporation?+
Yes — we handle the post-incorporation filings (commencement, auditor appointment, ROC annuals) and your ongoing tax and GST, so nothing slips in year one.
How many directors and shareholders do I need?+
A minimum of two directors and two shareholders — and the same two people can hold both roles. You can have up to 200 shareholders, and at least one director must have stayed in India for 120 days or more in the last year.
Do I need a commercial office to register?+
No. A residential or co-working address works — you just need proof of the address and a no-objection letter from its owner. You can change the registered office later as you grow.
What compliance follows after incorporation?+
Annual ROC filings (AOC-4 and MGT-7), board meetings, statutory registers, the company income tax return, and appointing an auditor within 30 days. We can handle all of it on a yearly retainer so nothing is missed.
Can NRIs or foreign nationals be directors?+
Yes — subject to the FDI rules for your sector, and provided at least one director is resident in India. We handle the extra notarisation or apostille for overseas directors.
