We make services that last, and if they don’t, we would like to know about it. In case we are unable to provide you the said services, you shall be entitled to refund of your payments made for the services which you intended to receive, which is subjected to following cases only:
- The refund shall only be made in cases where there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service.
- The refund shall in no case be granted for a mere change of mind on part of the client. However, in certain cases, upon the discretion of the service provider, the paid amount may be adjusted for another service upon the request by the client.
The communication in case of dissatisfaction arising out of the services shall be made within 15 days and that all the communications must specifically be made through email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive your complain, the same will be referred to an Internal Committee which shall inspect into the matter, the Committee shall have final say into the matter.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection of the Committee.
In case your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund (to the original method of payment) within 10 working days.
The refund policy is only subjected to the refund of professional fee and not the full refund.
