This refund policy is provisional and will apply once we enable online payments. For current engagements, refund eligibility is governed by the engagement letter signed at the start of work.
Before work begins
Full refund of professional fees if you choose to cancel before any work has begun on your file. Government fees, if already paid to authorities (MCA, IPO, etc.), are non-refundable.
After work begins
Partial refunds are issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. We will share a clear breakdown.
