Why it matters

Why a good project report pays for itself.

01

It’s your case, on paper

The report is what a lender, subsidy agency or investor decides on. A clear, costed plan gets a yes faster than a vague one.

02

Numbers that stand up

Projections, DSCR and break-even built on real costing — the figures an appraiser checks first, done so they hold.

03

Fit for the purpose

A report for a term loan, a government subsidy and an investor each emphasise different things. We build it for the audience you’re approaching.

04

Specific to you

Your market, your costs, your capacity — not a generic template with the name changed, which appraisers recognise instantly.

How it works

Built in three moves.

STEP 01

Tell us the plan

What you’re setting up or expanding, the costs you know, and who the report is for. We agree the assumptions.

STEP 02

We build the report

Market, technical and financial sections drafted, with projections, DSCR, break-even and the funding structure.

STEP 03

Ready to submit

A complete, bankable project report you can put in front of your lender or agency, with us on hand for questions.

Answers

Project reports, answered.

What’s in a detailed project report?+
A description of the business and promoters, the market, the technical setup, the project cost and how it’s financed, and five-year financial projections with ratios like DSCR and break-even. Together they let a lender or agency judge whether the project is viable and worth funding.
Is a project report the same as CMA data?+
They’re related but different. A project report makes the full case for a new project or expansion; CMA data is the bank-format financial statement for the loan appraisal. Many proposals need both, and we can prepare them together.
Can you prepare it for a subsidy application?+
Yes. Subsidy and scheme applications usually require a project report in a particular shape. We build it to the scheme’s requirements so it isn’t rejected on a technicality.
How accurate do the projections need to be?+
They need to be realistic and internally consistent — an appraiser can spot figures that don’t add up. We base them on your actual costs and sensible assumptions, so the report is credible rather than optimistic.
